All the participants listed in the directories or on the Access website are or were under contract with Access at the time of printing.

Properties, products and services are added, changed and deleted from the listings on an ongoing basis. Thus, they are subject to change without notice.

The most up-to-date listings can be found online at the web address listed on your member card. While Access, and/or its parent company/subsidiaries are not responsible for participants that refuse to honor the program, we will make every effort to assist in resolving the problem.

The products listed in the directories or on the access website have been made available by the listed provider. As such, Access has no control over the quality of the products or services rendered. We shall not be liable for injury, damage, loss, delay or any other claim which may arise from the actions or omissions of any business, the employees of said business, or other individuals providing products or other related services referenced in your access kit or at www.accessdevelopement.com.
